Abstract
The question of whether machines can think, proposed by Alan M. Turing (Turing, 1950), has become increasingly relevant in today's world. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has made remarkable progress, surpassing human capabilitiesin varioustaskstraditionally associated with intelligence and creativity. However, as AI becomes more pervasive in decision-making processes within businesses, concerns regarding transparency, interpretability, and ethics arise. This article explores the importance of Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI) in facilitating ethical decisionmaking within the business context.
