dc.description.abstractImplementation of Quality Management Systems in educational organisations is a fact in many countries. Therefore, it is necessary to obtain evidence of the improvements and changes that the centres have because of the implementation. Thus, this paper presents the design of a solidly based questionnaire to evaluate the impact of ISO 9001 Standards in schools. Likewise, the analysis of the technical characteristics of the instrument is presented. We analysed the reliability, content and construct validity (the latter by means of Structural Equations Models implemented with Software AMOS 24). Results show that the overall reliability of the questionnaire is very good, with a Cronbach’s α of 0.985 and values higher than 0.93 in each of the six dimensions. The Confirmatory Factorial Analysis showed highly satisfactory results (IFI/ TLI/CF I > 0.90, RMSEA < 0.50, PRATIO > 0.85). The validity of the questionnaire is good, there is consistency between dimensions and sub-dimensions. Thus, the instrument presented combined the necessary technical characteristics for it to be considered a valid and reliable tool.
