Libertad y Rehumanización. Reflexiones actuales desde la Responsabilidad Social

Abstract

La actual crisis que está viviendo la Humanidad está poniendo de manifiesto la necesidad que tenemos de avanzar e impulsar el horizonte de nuestras Ciencias Humanas. Aunque la deshumanización de la sociedad no es algo nuevo, y bien conocemos la larga crisis que arrastramos desde el comienzo de la modernidad, también es cierto que la crisis actual está acelerando la historia de tal manera que no podemos dilatar más la puesta en práctica de nuevos ideales y la búsqueda de formas de encarnar la ‘utopía de la rehumanización’. La propuesta que está sobre la mesa de un ideal rehumanizador aplicado al saber y la sociedad, es decir unas nuevas ciencias y nuevas técnicas que nos ayuden a crecer como personas solidarias y unidas, hoy día es más actual que nunca. Esta utopía de un mundo nuevo rehumanizado todavía no ha sido desarrollada en la práctica, pero en esta Era poscovid o de pospandemia que nos toca vivir es un deber y una tarea ineludible; especialmente porque los tiempos presentes ya están escribiendo una nueva página en la Historia de la Humanidad.

The current crisis that Humanity is experiencing is showing the need we have to push and drive forward the horizon of our Human Sciences. Although the dehumanization of society is nothing new, and we know well the long crisis that has dragged on since the dawn of modernity, it is also true that the current, latest crisis is accelerating history in such a way that we cannot delay any longer the implementation of new ideals and the search for ways of embodying the 'utopia of rehumanization'. The proposal of a rehumanizing ideal applied to knowledge and society, that is, new sciences and new techniques that help us grow as people in unity and solidarity, is today more poignant than ever. This utopia of a rehumanized new world has not yet been developed in practice, but in this post-covid or post-pandemic Era that we are experiencing, it is a duty and an unavoidable task - especially because the present times are already writing a new page in the History of Humanity.
