Representación e identidades trans en las series de ficción españolas

Abstract

La presente investigación acerca al lector una aproximación teórica actual sobre la terminología y teorización sobre el colectivo trans. Paralelamente a esta primera aproximación teórica, también se ha investigado y reunido los hitos más relevantes del colectivo trans en España para poder, así, comprender el nivel de aceptación y los avances sociales que se han ido produciendo durante los distintos años. La revisión bibliográfica también se ha realizado para analizar la evolución de la televisión y del modo de consumo de la misma, en tanto que la irrupción de nuevos actores en este mundo supone un impacto en las producciones de series. Bajo este fundamento teórico, se constituye la investigación principal, donde se profundiza sobre la figura y lugar que ocupa el colectivo trans dentro de la representación ficcional de las series españolas. En este sentido, se realizan dos aproximaciones, desde una perspectiva temporal para ver cómo es esa evolución a lo largo de los años y analizar si se producen patrones o diferencias en el trato y en la relevancia narrativas de los personajes, y desde una perspectiva de género al que pertenece la serie, para ver si existen diferencias de trato y visibilidad entre los mismos.The current investigation approaches to the reader an actual approximation to the terminology and theories over the trans community. This investigation also includes a chronological approximation on the collective in Spain, as well as including the most relevant milestones to understand de level of acceptance and the social achievements that took place over the years. The bibliographic review has also been realized to analyse the evolution of the TV and the consumption pattern, due to the impact of the irruption of new actors in these series. Under this theoretical framework, the principal investigation is constituted, where an insight of the figure and place that has the trans community in the Spanish ficcional series is reflected. This approximation has two approaches, from a chronological perspective to see how the representation, relevance on narratives and treatment changes through the years. The other approach emphasise the differences between the genres where the series is situated, to see if there are any differences in the treat received and visibility that the characters presents.
