Abstract

Los resultados de los estudios realizados en enfermería, tanto respecto al concepto de estrés moral como sobre sus categorías, podrían no ser extrapolables para investigar las causas y dimensiones de estrés moral en la práctica clínica de los médicos. Hasta este momento, en medicina no se ha estudiado cuales son los factores que más influyen en el estrés moral, aunque dispongamos de estudios realizados con facultativos predominantemente de cuidados críticos. Por este motivo, se plantea este estudio, a través del cual se pretende averiguar las principales categorías que conforman el estrés moral en la práctica clínica, cómo se debe conceptualizar en medicina y, finalmente, la mejor forma de reconocer y afrontar un problema tan serio como es el estrés moral en la práctica clínica...The results of the studies carried out in nursing, both regarding the concept of moral stress and its categories, may not be extrapolable to investigate the causes and dimensions of moral stress in the clinical practice of doctors.
