Los orígenes de la normativa y organización administrativa del turismo en España

Abstract

El objeto de este trabajo consiste en el estudio y análisis de la primera administración y legislación turística española, en la que se muestran las primeras formas de intervención administrativa en el sector, tendentes a la promoción de un producto cuidado. Se opta por una decidida apuesta por la ordenación del sector con la finalidad de ofrecer seguridad y protección al visitante, tomando como recursos turísticos principales los referidos a la riqueza histórica y patrimonial así como la belleza de nuestro territorio.The aim of this paper is the study and analysis of the first administration and regulation of tourism in Spain, in which we find the first forms of intervention in the sector, aimed at the promotion of a care product. It opts for a firm commitment by the management of the sector in order to provide security and protection for the visitor taking the history and heritage richness and beauty of our territory as the main tourist attractions.
