dc.description.abstractLa Sentencia del Tribunal Supremo de 13 de mayo de 2021 interpreta que el acuerdo de la junta que contempla el artículo 217.3 LSC puede ser adoptado en cualquier momento dentro del ejercicio. La misma Sentencia también aclara como se aplica la prohibición del derecho de voto al acuerdo de prestación de servicios con un administrador.
dc.description.abstractThe Judgment of the Supreme Court of May 13, 2021 interprets that the resolution of the general meeting pursuant article 217.3 LSC can be adopted at any time during the fiscal year. The same Judgment also clarifies how the prohibition to vote is applied to the resolution on the contract of services held between the company and the director.
