El Working-Paper es un esquema sobre algunos modelos de cuotas electorales implementados en otros tantos países, aportando algunas explicaciones posteriores tanto de la medida en sí como de otros factores adicionales que acoadyuvan en mejorar (o no) la presencia parlamentaria de la mujer.
The Working Paper studies the electoral quota for women in a couple of countries, giving some evidence on the reasons why they are working (or not) and the additional issues that deals with women parliamentary presence.
