Minerales accesorios de Nb-Ta-Ti e Y-REE-Th-U en el plutón granítico de La Pedriza, Sistema Central Español

Abstract

Among the Spanish Central System plutons, La Pedriza granite pluton (Sierra de Guadarrama) is the one with richest Rb, Ga, Nb, Y, REE,, Th and U contents. As a consequence, this pluton shows a wide variety of accessory minerals rich in those components. We have found scarce (Y,HREE,NbjlNbl-, (Mn,Fe)1 Nb2, UINbl- and (Y,HREE) 1 Ti2-minerals, which probably correspond to yttroco!umbite-(Y), manganocolumbite, uranopyrochlore, aeschynite-(Y), respectively. In addition to these, thorite, uraninite, zircon, monacite-(Ce), xenotime-(Y), allanite-(Ce), rutile and bastnäesite-(Ce) also occur.
