Abstract
El vertiginoso avance de la tecnología en los últimos años ha contribuido a la conversión de los Smartphones en herramientas indispensables en nuestras vidas. Sin embargo, su incursión en el ámbito educativo está teniendo lugar a un ritmo mucho menor. Desde distintos organismos a nivel mundial, abogando por la mejora de la calidad educativa, se recomienda el uso del Smartphone como mediador didáctico aludiendo a su eficacia en la promoción de la adquisición de conocimiento necesario para el desarrollo y participación en la sociedad del individuo. A través de esta investigación se pretende conocer la incidencia en el rendimiento del alumno derivada del uso del Smartphone como herramienta educativa, así como las percepciones y los factores que inclinan al individuo hacia el uso de dicha herramienta para fines educativos y exponer y reflexionar acerca de actividades concretas. Para la consecución del objetivo marcado son necesarios diferentes análisis de distinta naturaleza, cuantitativa y cualitativa, cuyos resultados son contrastados con la literatura disponible sobre el tema...
The vertiginous advance of technology in recent years has contributed to the conversion of Smartphones into indispensable tools in our lives. However, their incursion into the educational field is taking place at a much slower pace. From different organizations worldwide, advocating for the improvement of educational quality, the use of Smartphones as a didactic mediator is recommended, alluding to its effectiveness in promoting the acquisition of knowledge necessary for the development and participation in society of the individual. Through this research we intend to know the impact on student performance derived from the use of the Smartphone as an educational tool, as well as the perceptions and factors that incline the individual towards the use of this tool for educational purposes and to expose and reflect on specific activities. In order to achieve the set objective, different analyses of different nature, quantitative and qualitative, are necessary, the results of which are contrasted with the available literature on the subject...
