Adaptación del cuestionario sobre actitudes y estrategias cognitivas sociales (A.E.C.S) a la población brasileña

Abstract

En la presente investigación, se realizó un estudio para conocer la importancia y relevancia de las actitudes y estrategias cognitivas sociales en la población escolar; el objetivo fue la adaptación del cuestionario de Actitudes y Estrategia Cognitivas Sociales (AECS) de Moraleda y Colaboradores (1998), a la lengua portuguesa y a la población brasileña. El modelo explicativo utilizado por Moraleda y otros (1998), es el resultado de una vasta revisión bibliográfica de las investigaciones que más han destacado en el análisis y estudio de la competencia social. El modelo explicativo comprende el empleo de tres variables intervinientes, que son: variables actitudinales, variables cognitivas y variables procedimentales. Todas relacionadas con la competencia social de los adolescentes, cuya función es evaluar esta habilidad. El estudio se ha realizado con una muestra de adolescentes que estudian en la escuela pública, en el nivel de enseñanza media en Brasil y cuyas edades se sitúan en un rango comprendido entre los 14 años y los 17 años. La investigación se desarrolla en tres etapas. En la primera y segunda etapa se eliminaron los ítems del cuestionario con menor puntuación, aplicando el nuevo cuestionario a un grupo de 50 adolescentes. En la tercera fase, se aplicó nuevamente el cuestionario a una muestra de 500 adolescentes. A continuación se realizaron los cálculos pertinentes relativos a los coeficientes de validez y de confiabilidad estadística del cuestionario, utilizándose para ello el paquete estadístico SPSS.20...In this research, a study was conducted to know the importance and relevance of social attitudes and cognitive strategies in the school population; the aim was to adapt the questionnaire Attitudes and Cognitive Social Strategy (AECS) Moraleda and al. (1998), to the Portuguese language and Brazilian population. The explanatory model used by Moraleda and al. (1998), is the result of an extensive literature review of research that highlights the analysis and study of social competence. The explanatory model includes the use of three intervening variables, which are:attitudinal variables, cognitive variables and procedural variables. All related to social competence of adolescents, whose function is to evaluate this ability. The study was conducted with a sample of teenagers studying in public schools, at the level of secondary education in Brazil and whose ages lie in a range between 14 and 17 years. The research is conducted in three stages. In the first and second stage questionnaire items with the lowest score they are eliminated by applying the new questionnaire to a small group of fifty adolescents. In the third phase, the questionnaire was again applied to a sample of 500 adolescents. The relevant calculations for the coefficients of statistical validity and reliability of the questionnaire, using the statistical package for this SPSS.20 were made. In addition, an analysis is made to confirm the existence of differences for two dichotomous variables: gender and location, in each corresponding scales factors (social attitudes and social thought).
