dc.description.abstract | Flame grown diamond films on a molibdenium substrate are characterised by cathodoluminescence (CL), photoluminescence (PL), micro-Raman and scanning electron microscopy in the emissive mode. Different crystal habit regions grow with an annular symmetry. A correlation between morphology, CL, PL and Raman measurements is obtained for each region. The influence of the growth parameters is discussed. | |
