Abstract
Analiza la sentencia del Tribunal Supremo español 459/2019, de 14.10.2019 en la que se juzga a los autores del proceso de secesión en Cataluña. La sentencia, adoptada por unanimidad, supuso un memorable esfuerzo de honradez intelectual por su razonamiento jurídico y de rectitud moral para el sostenimiento de la democracia en España.
Analyzes the ruling of the Spanish Supreme Court 459/2019, dated 10/14/2019 in which the authors of the secession process in Catalonia are judged.
