Abstract
Elaboración de un Plan de Marketing para las salas de exhibición de cine Kinépolis, ubicada en diversos puntos de España. Como objtivo fundamental de tal plan se fija el aumento de afluencia de clientes y su fidelización. En base a los objetivos, se establecen estrategias adecuadas y planes de acción medidas económicamente y controladas con diversas herramientas para que sea viable el fin último, la vuelta a los cines Kinépolis tras la crisis del Covid-19.
Preparation of a Marketing Plan for the Kinépolis movie theaters, located in various parts of Spain. The main objective of such a plan is to increase the number of customers and their loyalty. Based on the objectives, appropriate strategies and action plans are established economically and controlled with various tools so that the ultimate goal is viable, the return to the Kinépolis cinemas after the Covid-19 crisis.
