La prisión permanente revisable: algunas notas

Abstract

En el artículo se analiza la reciente reforma operada en el Código Penal por la Ley Orgánica 1/2015, de 30 de marzo, que introduce la prisión permanente revisable en nuestro ordenamiento jurídico. En el artículo se analizan las características de esta figura, su existencia en el derecho comparado, así como las posibles dudas de constitucionalidad y encaje en ordenamiento jurídico español.The article analyzes the recent changes in the Spanish Criminal Code, operated by the Law 1/2015, 30 March, which introduces the figure of the “revisable life imprisonment” in our legal system. The article analyzes the concept and characters of this figure, its existence in the comparative law, as well as the possible doubts of constitutionality and fitting in our legal system.
