Abstract
El presente artículo expone un breve recorrido por algunos hitos fundamentales para la elaboración teórica del concepto de sociedad civil. Queremos con ello señalar la especificidad de esta noción en el pensamiento de Gramsci y, la ambigua recepción de la misma por Louis Althusser, autor que inspira las lecturas posmarxistas del pensador italiano.
The current article presents a brief tour through some key milestones for the theoretical elaboration of the concept of civil society. We want, with this, to point out the specificity of this notion in Gramsci´s thinking, and its ambiguous reception by Louis Althusser, author that inspires post-marxist interpretations of the italian thinker.
