Abstract
El Smartphone se ha convertido en un objeto indispensable para el día a día. Su uso genera en las personas diferentes sensaciones relacionadas con la independencia, el estatus social, la seguridad, el control y el ocio. Sin embargo, no todo son ventajas. El uso excesivo del Smartphone provoca temor por su posible naturaleza adictiva. Las adicciones de comportamiento, excepto para el juego, no se reconocen en el DSM-5. En esta investigación, se ha analizado los instrumentos validados que existen y que miden el uso de Mobile / Smartphone, sus fundamentos teóricos, sus factores de estudio y propiedades psicométricas, de consistencia y de validez. Tras el análisis de los mismos, hemos observado que no existe una clara base teórica que apoye este trastorno conductual, no existe consenso sobre su inclusión dentro de una terminología determinada y por último cada instrumento utiliza criterios diagnósticos para trastornos distintos del DSM-5, siendo un obstáculo añadido para la comparación entre escalas...
The Smartphone has become an indispensable item for day to day. Its use generates in people different sensations related to independence, social status, security, control and leisure. However, not all are benefits. The excessive use of the Smartphone causes fear due to its possible addictive nature. Until today, behavioral addictions, except for the game, are not recognized in the DSM-5. In this research, we have analyzed the validated instruments that exist that measure the use of Mobile / Smartphone, its theoretical foundations, its study factors and psychometric properties, consistency and validity. After analyzing them, we observed that there is no clear theoretical basis to support this behavioral disorder, there is no consensus on its inclusion within a specific terminology and finally each instrument uses diagnostic criteria for disorders other than DSM-5, being an added obstacle for comparison between scales...
