La Inteligencia Artificial de generación de imágenes en arte: ¿Cómo impacta en el futuro del alumnado en Bellas Artes?

Abstract

El desarrollo emergente de la Inteligencia Artificial (IA) que genera imágenes realistas a partir de texto, puede afectar el futuro del alumnado de Bellas Artes, ya que a través de estas IA se está realizando el trabajo que puede realizar un artista. Con el fin de entender su visión y posicionamiento con el tema, desde este contexto educativo, planteamos la hipótesis que la IA de generación de imágenes en arte impacta en su futuro académico y laboral. El objetivo es conocer la repercusión de la IA de generación de imágenes en el alumnado, sin que constituya una solución al problema, sólo un registro contextual de opinión, se lleva a cabo una encuesta estructurada para recoger los datos del tema de estudio, también realizamos la entrevista a chatGPT para conocer sus respuestas y relacionarlas con la del alumnado. Como conclusión, obtenemos respuestas positivas y negativas que contextualizan este momento octubre 2022.

Abstract: The emerging development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) that generates realistic images from text, may affect the future of Fine Art students, as through these AIs they are doing the work that an artist can do. In order to understand their vision and positioning on the subject, from this educational context, we hypothesise that the AI of image generation in art has an impact on their academic and professional future. The objective is to know the impact of the AI of image generation on the students, without constituting a solution to the problem, only a contextual record of opinion, a structured survey is carried out to collect data on the topic of study, we also conducted an interview with chatGPT to know their answers and relate them to that of the students. In conclusion, we obtain positive and negative responses that contextualise this October 2022 moment.
