Esta tesis doctoral pretende mostrar el relevante papel del personaje adolescente en la obra de un autor contemporáneo muy prolífico: Nando López. Su carrera literaria se articula en torno a dos géneros, la novela y el teatro, que comparten la misma poética. La suya es una literatura que rompe clichés y clama por la libertad con la vehemencia propia de la adolescencia. Se ha trazado una breve biografía y se ha realizado un repaso por la mayoría de sus obras, independientemente del género y el público al que van dirigidas (el adulto o el joven de la Literatura Infantil y Juvenil), tratando de establecer vínculos que las unan, más que características que las separen. De esta manera será fácil encontrar temas recurrentes como la visibilidad, la incomunicación, la amistad o la construcción de la identidad...
This doctoral thesis aims to show the important role of the adolescent character in the work of a very prolific contemporary author: Nando López. His literary career revolves around two genres, novel and theatre, which share the same poetics. His is a literature that breaks clichés and calls for freedom with the vehemence of adolescence. A short biography has been sketched and a review has been made for the majority of his works, regardless the genre and the target audience (the adult or the youth of Children’s and Youth Literature), trying to establish links that unite them rather than characteristics that separate them. In this way it will be easy to find recurring themes such as visibility, isolation, friendship or the construction of identity...
