Abstract
Durante las últimas décadas, la ansiedad en la infancia se ha comenzado a manifestar de manera más notoria y, en el contexto educativo, es esencial abordarlo y comprender los factores que influyen en esta respuesta emocional para implementar estrategias, tanto para su prevención como para su mejora. Esto incluye un análisis a través de todos los agentes y factores implicados y una exploración exhaustiva de todo ello que facilite a su vez la planificación de propuestas psicoeducativas precisas y adecuadas. Se considera que, por la presencia de ansiedad en el alumnado de la etapa de educación infantil, es de suma importancia trabajar aspectos como la relajación y la regulación de emociones, para promover un desarrollo óptimo en el aprendizaje. En consecuencia, con este trabajo se persigue recabar la información necesaria para llegar a conclusiones que ayuden a elaborar una propuesta de intervención en el ámbito educativo, con el fin de favorecer el equilibrio emocional en el alumnado. Será una propuesta curricular que se diseñará a partir de una contextualización, de unos objetivos y con un enfoque competencial y transversal.
Over the last few decades, anxiety in childhood has begun to manifest itself more noticeably and, in the educational context, it is essential to address it and understand the factors that influence this emotional response in order to implement strategies for both prevention and improvement. This includes an analysis through all the agents and factors involved and an exhaustive exploration of all of this, which in turn facilitates the planning of precise and appropriate psycho-educational proposals. It is considered that, due to the presence of anxiety in early childhood education students, it is of utmost importance to work on aspects such as relaxation and emotion regulation, in order to promote optimal development in learning. Consequently, the aim of this work is to gather the necessary information to reach conclusions that will help to draw up a proposal for intervention in the educational field, in order to promote emotional balance in pupils. It will be a curricular proposal that will be designed on the basis of a contextualization, objectives and with a competency and transversal approach.
