dc.description.abstractThe growth of malachite has been studied in a system involving the counter diffusion of Cu2+ and C03 = through a silica gel column. The growth morphologies obtained are interpreted on the basis of the supersaturation evolution and compared to the theoretical morphology of malachite as derived by Oonnay-Harker theory.
