| dc.description.abstract | El ámbito de los peritajes judiciales en temas de familia es ampliamente debatido en Chile, existiendo voces a favor y en contra de su ejercicio. Ante ello este estudio, que forma parte de una investigación aplicada en la temática, pretendió revisar documentalmente los actuales cuestionamientos existentes, en la perspectiva de identificar líneas de desarrollo y mejoramiento en su ejercicio profesional. Los resultados alcanzados han permitido concluir algunas propuestas de mejoramiento en el actual estado de desarrollo de las pruebas periciales en la justicia de familia. | |
