dc.descriptionThe analysis of what has been the process of configuration of the new right to be forgotten of which the citizen is entitled in the protection of their personal data both from the normative and jurisprudential point of view is addressed. This necessarily requires a review of the evolution of the fundamental right to the protection of personal data, with special emphasis on new regulations and judicial creations, that allows us a better compression of what is the true nature and scope of this right
dc.description.abstractSe aborda el análisis de cuál ha sido el proceso de configuración del nuevo derecho al olvido del que es titular el ciudadano en la protección de sus datos personales tanto desde el punto de vista normativo como jurisprudencial. Lo que necesariamente exige un repaso a la evolución del derecho fundamental a la protección de datos personales, con especial énfasis en las nuevas regulaciones y creaciones judiciales, que permite conocer mejor cuál es la verdadera naturaleza y alcance de este derecho
