Abstract
The scientific interest for the Traianeum in Italica and the renovation of the Archaeological Muse um from Seville require us to study decorative aspects of this sanctuary. The aims of this paper are to provide new interpretation of the radial circles or button motif showed in the balustrades and/or lattices from the Had rianic complex. Thus, show a preview on heritage revaluation of design. The revision of some parallels and the systematic study of the objects have allowed to establish a design with slight modifications, that will be incorporated into the museum’s new exhibition programme.
