Abstract

The book that is presented has as its main theme the relevant and current questioning about the recent use of new technologies in legal practices. The main objective of the work is to present contemporary themes in the legal field, and answer how this reality can be improved (or not) with the use of technology.El libro que se presenta tiene como tema principal el cuestionamiento relevante y actual sobre el uso reciente de las nuevas tecnologías en las prácticas jurídicas. El objetivo principal del trabajo es presentar temas contemporáneos en el campo jurídico, y responder cómo se puede mejorar (o no) esta realidad con el uso de la tecnología.
