Abstract

El Tratado de Lisboa confirma un modelo fundado en la confluencia de intereses nacionales muy diversos y en la formulación del interés europeo por diversas instituciones. Las novedades institucionales del Tratado de Lisboa permiten concluir que el modelo sigue inclinándose cada vez más hacia lo intergubernamental. Por otra parte, ese mayor peso e influencia intergubernamental es consecuencia lógica de la ampliación del número de Estados y la necesidad de hacer llegar intereses cada vez más heterogéneos y alejados del horizonte político de la integración.The Lisbon Treaty confirms a model founded at the confluence of many different national interests and in the formulation of European interest by various institutions. Institutional innovations of the Lisbon Treaty can be concluded that the model is leaning more and more towards the intergovernmental. Moreover, the increased weight and intergovernmental influence is logical consequence of increasing the number of States and the need to get more and more heterogeneous and away from the political horizon of integration interests.
