Abstract
The present thesis aims to demonstrate that the ethical position of the analyst, grounded in the analyst's desire and the analytic act, is the key to awakening the patient's ethical desire, enabling their subjective transformation and the reconfiguration of their symptom within clinical praxis. To achieve this, the unconscious desire is analyzed as aforce of subjectivity, articulated in relation to the phantasy, the Ideal of the Ego, and the symptom, examining how these structures converge and find their point of knodng in the sinthome. Furthermore, the destructive dimension of the Superego is explored as anunconscious force that drives a jouissance beyond the pleasure principle, perpetuating the subject's suffering and tracing its origin and functioning. The research proposes a conceptualization of ethical desire within the Lacanian framework, drawing on the paradigm of Antigone and presenting it as a vector that orients the subject toward theirsingular truth. This entails challenging established norms and confronting the jouissance imposed by the Superego, culminating in an intimate act of choice that redefines their subjective position...
