Ámbito de libertad y límites en las declaraciones emitidas por las Asociaciones públicas de fieles

Abstract

El trabajo trata de dar respuesta a la cuestión de si las declaraciones o comunicados de las asociaciones públicas de fieles se atribuyen a la jerarquía de la Iglesia o no. Se estudian los límites comunes a todos los fieles en las manifestaciones públicas sobre cuestiones temporales, y se analizan otras limitaciones derivadas de la mayor vinculación con la jerarquía que tienen las asociaciones públicas, puesto que actúan en nombre de la Iglesia. Se concluye que actuar en nombre de la Iglesia no es sinónimo de actuar en nombre de la jerarquía. Las asociaciones cuyo fin sea la animación de las realidades temporales con el espíritu cristiano se adecuan mejor al régimen de las asociaciones privadas que al de públicas.

The paper tries to answer the question whether or not the statements or communications of public associations of the faithful are attributed to tghe hierarchy of the Church. The autor studies the common limits related to all the faithful in public events on temporal issues, and other limitations arising from the closer relationship with the hierarchy and public associations, since they act on behalf of the Church. The conclusion is that to act in the name of the Church is not synonymous of acting on behalf of the hierarchy. The associations whose purpose is to animate temporal realities with Christian spirit, are suited more to the system of private associations than to public associations.
