La ciencia ficción y la falacia del rompecabezas blanco : influencia estética y silencio académico

Abstract

RESUMEN: Las influencias de la ciencia ficción se analizan desde sistemas teórico-críticos asumidos tanto por aficionados como por investigadores. Por este motivo, suelen estudiarse con más interés aquellas obras que introducen temas y formas de ciencia ficción en sistemas ajenos al propio discurso del género, y se quedan a menudo fuera aquellas obras desarrolladas desde concepciones estéticas diferentes. Se propone un análisis de la mirada estética que subyace en las diferentes influencias, tanto artísticas como analíticas.ABSTRACT: The influence of science fiction is generally studied from the point of view of theoretical and critical systems assumptions accepted by both laymen and researchers. For this reason, works which introduce sci-fi themes and forms within systems which are alien to the genre’s own discourse are usually studied with greater interest, while works issuing from different aesthetic notions are often left behind. This article suggests an analysis of the aesthetic point underlying the genre’s artistic as well as analytical influence.
