Abstract
El objeto del estudio es analizar el contenido, sujetos y alcances de la libertad de económica en el sistema constitucional mexicano a la luz de los derechos fundamentales. Se analiza y construye un derecho fundamental de lo “económico” tomando como base la evolución progresista de constitucionalismo en México, estudiando sus límites y restricciones. Así también, se abre el debate de las consecuencias del grado e intensidad de intervención pública en el mercado y la posibilidad de los particulares de contar con derechos subjetivos consagrados en la constitución mexicana a fin de lograr su cabal cumplimiento y protección.
The object of the study is to analyze the content, subject and scope of economic freedom in the Mexican constitutional system in the light of fundamental rights theory. It analyzes a fundamental right of the "economic" based on the progressive evolution of constitutionalism in Mexico, exploring its content and limits. Also, there is debate about the consequences of the degree and intensity of public intervention in the market and the ability of individuals to have individual rights enshrined in the Mexican Constitution in order to achieve its full compliance and protection.
