El territorio nacional según el Derecho Internacional

Abstract

Se analiza el territorio como fuente de obligaciones y derechos para los Estados, la protección del territorio, las dimensiones del territorio así como algunas peculiaridades como las misiones diplomáticas y aeropuertos o la expansión horizontal y vertical (los espacios marítimos, el espacio aéreo). Se abordan algunos regímenes específicos en la soberanía territorial (como el condominio) o el efecto de la membresía de la UE sobre la soberanía territorial y el territorio del Estado en la Constitución de 1978.The territory is analyzed as a source of obligations and rights for States, the protection of the territory, the dimensions of the territory as well as some peculiarities such as diplomatic missions and airports or horizontal and vertical expansion (maritime spaces, air space). Some specific regimes on territorial sovereignty (such as condominium) or the effect of EU membership on territorial sovereignty and State territory are addressed in the 1978 Constitution.
