El discurso de la pérdida en las asociaciones reivindicativas de prejubilados

Abstract

En el artículo se analiza el discurso que las asociaciones reivindicativas de prejubilados han generado a lo largo de su proceso de consolidación y de articulación en torno a federaciones y confederaciones de carácter sectorial, autonómico y/o estatal. Asimismo se defiende que este discurso es fruto de estrategias conscientemente desplegadas por dichas asociaciones que tienen como objetivo, por un lado, superar la heterogeneidad y la fragmentación que caracterizan al colectivo y, por otro lado, legitimar sus demandas a través de retóricas que aluden a la justicia y al derecho, mientras huye de los tópicos a los que recurre la razón humanitaria.In this article we analyze the discourse generated by vindicative associations of pre-retired persons along its process of consolidation and of joint around federations and confederations of sectorial, autonomic and/or national character. Likewise we defend that this discourse is a result of consciously strategies deployed by the mentioned associations, which have as it aim, on the one hand, to overcome the heterogeneity and the fragmentation that characterize the group and, on the other hand, to legitimize its demands across rhetorics that allude to the justice and to the right, whereas it flees of the topics to which the humanitarian reason resorts.
