Abstract

La Literatura en general, y las novelas sociales del siglo XIX en particular, son un medio idóneo y muy adecuado para aproximarse al Derecho en cualquiera de sus ramas, pues al estar escritas dentro de movimientos literarios como el Realismo o el Naturalismo, no eluden las referencias a los problemas de la sociedad de entonces, abriendo la puerta a soluciones de tipo jurídico.The Literature in general, and the social novels of the 19th century especially are a way suitable and very adapted to come closer the Law in any of his branches, so on having been written inside literary movements as the Realism or the Naturalism, do not elude the references to the problems of the company of then, opening the door for solutions of juridical type.
