Tras la adopción de las Directivas 2014/23/UE, 2014/24/UE y 2014/25/UE del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, se aprobaron en España la LCSP y el RD Ley 3/2020.Este trabajo analiza la extinción de los contratos públicos, mediante cumplimiento o resolución. Para ello, es necesario diferenciar entre los contratos de los poderes adjudicadores que tienen la consideración de Administraciones Públicas, los contratos delos poderes adjudicadores que no tienen la condición de Administraciones Públicas y entidades del sector público que no tienen el carácter de poderes adjudicadores. After the adoption of Directives 2014/23/EU, 2014/24/EU and 2014/25/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, the LCSP and RD Law 3/2020 were approved in Spain.
