Abstract
En este artículo se analiza la Cooperación Sur-Sur que ejecuta Venezuela en materia energética como país oferente y su contribución en los procesos de complementariedad económica, política y social, haciendo especial énfasis en el contexto latinoamericano y caribeño.
In this article is going to be analyzed the south-south cooperation carried out by Venezuela in the energetic field like offering country. It is analyzed too, its contribution in the economic, political and social complementarity process, stressing specially the Latin-American and Caribbean context.
