Abstract
En el marco de esta propuesta de Tesis doctoral, a través de un enfoque que combina técnicas de observación y análisis crítico, se buscará trazar los contornos del significado global de la prescripción cultural en el entorno digital, explorando sus principales manifestaciones en la realidad sonora emergente de Internet. Asimismo, se profundizará en el estudio de dos modelos representativos, pero antagónicos, que podrían consolidarse como paradigmas dominantes en los próximos años: la emisora pública española Radio 3 y la plataforma de streaming nórdica Spotify. La radio por Internet se ha establecido como un servicio plenamente consolidado, despertando un notable interés entre los internautas. En este contexto, adquiere relevancia la reciente aparición de radios personalizadas y colaborativas en formato podcast, diseñadas para asistir al usuario en el descubrimiento de nueva música acorde a sus gustos y afinidades. Este enfoque se fundamenta tanto en el análisis de las preferencias musicales previamente escuchadas por el usuario como en el empleo de conceptos que guíen de manera intencionalsus inquietudes culturales...
Through an approach that combines the techniques of observation and critical analysis, this dissertation proposal will attempt to trace the contours of the global meaning of cultural prescription in the digital environment, exploring its main manifestations in the emerging sonic reality of the Internet. It will also delve into the study of two representative but antagonistic models that could consolidate as dominant paradigms in the coming years: the Spanish public broadcaster Radio 3 and the Nordic streaming platform Spotify.Internet radio has established itself as a fully consolidated service and is attracting considerable interest from Internet users. In this context, the recent emergence of personalised and collaborative radio in podcast format, designed to help users discover new music according to their tastes and affinities, becomes relevant. This approach is based both on the analysis of the user's previous musical preferences and on the use of concepts that consciously guide their cultural interests...
