Abstract
La investigación denominada “Perspectivas de la aplicación de metodologías innovadoras de Enseñanza-Aprendizaje en Educación Superior. Un modelo instruccional del desarrollo permanente del profesorado en México” tiene como objetivo identificar la aplicación de la metodología constructivista en los programas académicos de nivel profesional; determinando los desafíos que enfrentan las instituciones educativas al implementar innovadoras metodologías, recursos y técnicas de enseñanza, ajustándose a la diversidad de estilos de aprendizaje y en base a las diferentes tendencias pedagógicas que dictan las corrientes en tendencia a nivel mundial. A su vez, la investigación tiene como finalidad conocer las necesidades del profesorado para poder implementar con éxito las metodologías constructivistas; incorporando la tecnología, el trabajo colaborativo, el manejo de las herramientas digitales, así como el desarrollo de proyectos profesionalizantes y de investigación. En la actualidad, la educación demanda la implementación de metodologías constructivistas que favorezcan a la construcción del conocimiento, el desarrollo del pensamiento crítico, reflexivo y creativo, así como de habilidades cognitivas que le permitan al educando aprender a través de la práctica y la experiencia, y en donde la obtención de la información sea perdurable. Las instituciones educativas tienen el compromiso de brindarles a sus estudiantes los métodos pedagógicos de tendencia mundial, y de instruir a su profesorado en áreas cognitivas, tecnológicas y estratégicas que le permitan tener un alto desempeño en los ambientes de enseñanza-aprendizaje...
The investigation called “Perspectives of innovative methodologies of Teaching-Learning application in Higher Education. An instructional model for the permanent development of teachers in Mexico” aims to identify the application of constructivist learning methodology in the academic programs of professional level. The goal is to determine the possible challenges in implementing innovative methodologies, resources and techniques, adjusting to the diversity of learning styles based on pedagogical trends. The purpose of the research is to know the educator needs in order to successfully implement constructivist methodologies; incorporating technology, collaborative work, the management of digital tools, as well as the development of professionalizing and research projects. At present, education demands the implementation of constructivist methodologies that favor the construction of knowledge, the development of critical, reflective and creative thinking, as well as cognitive skills that allow the student to learn through practice and experience, and where the obtaining of the information is lasting. Educational institutions are committed to providing their students with world-class pedagogical methods, and to instruct their teachers in cognitive, technological and strategic areas that allow them to have a high performance in teaching-learning environments. The present investigation takes place in the framework of a higher education institution located in northern Mexico, where nearly eight hundred members of the higher education community participated.
