Abstract
El estudio de las trayectorias del neurodesarrollo en autismo, atendiendo a la evolución de los rasgos autistas y a los diversos factores que influyen sobre ésta, permite reconocer y recoger la alta heterogeneidad que existe dentro del espectro autista, así como su naturaleza evolutiva. Las trayectorias de gravedad de los síntomas, basadas en puntuaciones estandarizadas, permiten evaluar el curso de los rasgos autistas a lo largo del tiempo. En general, los estudios previos reportan que la mayoría de los participantes sigue una trayectoria estable de gravedad de los síntomas, mientras que pequeños grupos de participantes experimentan un cambio significativo.
