Utilización de integración del arte en los cuidados de enfermería

Abstract

Con esta tesis pretendemos demostrar la necesidad de la integración del arte en los Cuidados Enfermeros, para fomentar el crecimiento individual y alcanzar una mejora en los resultados de las principales actividades relacionadas con la salud, complementado los tratamientos de diversas patologías o situaciones.Desde épocas remotas el arte se ha vinculado a la promoción y restablecimiento de la salud humana. En la antigüedad clásica, ya se conocían las propiedades terapéuticas del arte y los beneficios de su práctica en el equilibrio general del ser humano.A lo largo de la Historia del Arte contamos con numerosos ejemplos de artistas que ante situaciones límites, enfermedades o trágicos accidentes, han utilizado el arte como medio catalizador de sus males. Se ha elaborado un estudio de la vida y obra de destacados artistas de todos los tiempos, centrándonos principalmente en pintores.En la mayoría de los artistas estudiados, podemos encontrar evidencias suficientes de la reciproca causalidad entre enfermedad y arte, así como señales de una mutua retroalimentación entre ambos.También se ha realizado una revisión bibliográfica de los fundamentos teóricos del trabajo arte-terapéutico con enfermos de diferentes patologías, así como de todas las experiencias prácticas que hasta el momento se están realizando en centros sanitarios de nuestro país y del resto del mundo. Desde la intervención enfermera que en la NIC (Nursing Interventions Classification), viene denominada como: ¿Arteterapia¿. Los profesionales de enfermería pueden y deben utilizar el estímulo del arte, buscando la eficiencia en el manejo de situaciones de salud a través del control de las respuestas que generan los estímulos en las diferentes formas de arte, entendiendo que el cuidado enfermero requiere de un acercamiento o una aproximación entre el fenómeno artístico y la disciplina enfermera en beneficio de la salud, del bienestar y de la calidad de vida de los pacientes y de las personas en general. SUMMARY.-With this thesis we intend to demonstrate the need of the integration of the art in the nursing care in order to promote individual growth and achieve an improvement in the outcomes of the main health-related activities, supplementing the treatments of various diseases or conditions.Since ancient times, the art has been linked to the promotion and healing. In the classical old days, the therapeutic properties of the art and the benefits of its practice over the humans balance were already known.Throughout the History of the art, there are a number of examples of artists that in tough situations, organic diseases or tragic accidents, they used the art to catalyst their problems. A study of the life and works of prominent artists of all time has been made, focusing mainly on painters.In most of the artists that have been studied, we can find a number of evidences of the causality between illness and art in both ways, as well as signals of the feedback between both of them.It has also carried out a literature review of the theoretical basis of art - therapeutic work with patients with different diseases, as well as all the practical experience that have been made so far in health centers in our country and around the world.From the nurse intervention which in the NIC (Nursing Interventions Classification) is named as ¿Art therapy¿, the nursing workers can and must use the encouragement of the art, looking for the efficiency in the handle of the health situations through the control of the answers of those stimulus in different kinds of art. It is understood that nursing care has the need of the approach between the art and the nursing discipline in order to benefit the health, wellbeing and quality of life of patients and people in general.
