Instituições de ensino superior: caracterização dos produtores de documentação com a função 750 (ensino) da macroestrutura funcional

Abstract

Uma perspetiva macro das instituições de ensino superior (IES) nacionais, numa ótica de produtor de sistemas de gestão documental, envolverá uma referência concisa ao seu passado, a sua definição jurídica, o modelo de gestão, as lógicas internas bidirecionais, as reorganizações e redes associativas (nacionais e internacionais), as orientações tutelares nacionais e transnacionais e a dinâmica binária do respetivo sistema. A definição das suas funções será enquadrada na macroestrutura funcional (estrutura hierárquica para apoio a planos de classificação funcionais) proposta pela Direcção-Geral do Livro, Arquivos e Bibliotecas e a título de comparação avaliativa será escolhido um conjunto documental de três sistemas de ensino europeus.A macro analysis of the Portuguese higher education institutions (HEI), as records management systems producers will describe their past (brief description), legal definition, management model, bidirectional internal logical, reorganization and networks associations (national and international), national tutelary, transnational influences and the binary dynamic of the system. The definition of their functions will be framed in the functional macro-structure (hierarchical structure that supports the functional documentation classification scheme) lead by Direcção-Geral do Livro, Arquivos e Bibliotecas and will be followed by a comparative example of appraised documentation from three European higher education systems.
