Este trabajo analiza las funciones y responsabilidades del ejercicio semestral de la Presidencia del Consejo de la UE. Como se ejerce, como influye en el proceso de negociación y decisión, sus ventajas e inconvenientes.This paper analyzes the roles and responsibilities of the six-month period of the Presidency of the EU. As it is exercised, as influencing the negotiation process and decision, their advantages and disadvantages.
