Abstract
El objetivo de este trabajo es conocer la percepción que tienen las personas sin hogar (PSH) del desempeño profesional de las trabajadoras sociales que trabajan en dispositivos con metodología Housing First, a través de los principios del Código Deontológico de Trabajo Social. Para abordar este tema se han tratado aspectos como el sinhogarismo, la metodología Housing First, el modelo en escalera y los principios del Código Deontológico de Trabajo Social. El objeto de estudio son los usuarios de Hogar Sí y Provivienda, (quienes trabajan con la metodología Housing First) y los cuales han estado previamente en entidades que trabajan con el modelo en escalera. Se ha tratado de dilucidar qué principios del Código Deontológico de Trabajo Social están presentes en el desempeño profesional según la percepción de los usuarios, poniéndoles en el centro en todo momento de esta investigación.
The aim of this work is to find out how homeless people (HHPs) perceive the professional performance of social workers who work in Housing First methodology devices, through the principles of the Code of Ethics of Social Work. In order to address this issue, aspects such as homelessness, the Housing First methodology, the staircase model and the principles of the Code of Ethics of Social Work have been dealt with. The object of study are the users of Hogar Síand Provivienda (who work with the Housing First methodology) and who have previously been in entities that work with the staircase model. We have tried to elucidate which principles of the Code of Ethics of Social Work are present in the professional performance from the users' perception, placing them at the centre of this research at all times.
