Dos cartas de Rafael de Ureña a Konrad Haebler a propósito de incunables jurídicos españoles

Abstract

Este trabajo tiene como objetivo dar a conocer dos cartas que el bibliógrafo y profesor de Derecho de la Universidad de Madrid, Rafael de Ureña, uno de los mayores conocedores de los incunables jurídicos españoles, envió al incunabulista alemán Konrad Haebler, tratando varios asuntos sobre incunables españoles, entre ellos la primera edición de los Fueros de Aragón y las Constituciones de Cataluña. Estas cartas, junto con documentación relativa a España y a incunables españoles, ha sido localizada en los archivos de la institución más importante para la incunabulística mundial, el Gesamtkatalog der Wiegendrucke (Catálogo Colectivo de Incunables) de la Staatsbibliothek de Berlín.

The objective of this work is to present two letters that the bibliographer and professor of Law of the University of Madrid, Rafael de Ureña, one of the greatest connoisseurs of the Spanish legal incunabula, sent to the German incunabulist Konrad Haebler, dealing with several spanish incunabula, among them the first edition of the Fueros de Aragón and the Constitutions of Catalonia. These letters, together with documentation relating to Spain and Spanish incunabula, have been located in the archives of the most important institution for the global incunabulum, the Gesamtkatalog der Wiegendrucke (Collective Catalog of Incunabula) of the Staatsbibliothek in Berlin.
