Abstract
El objetivo principal de la presente investigación fue la determinación de los cannabinoides y terpenos en muestras decomisadas de cannabis y resina de cannabis en Castilla y León con los siguientes objetivos de :1. Analizar en porros enteros, via de administración mas habitual de consumo de cannabis, la concentración de delta 9 tetrahidrocannabinol (THC), cannabinol (CBN), cannabidiol (CBD), para establecer unidad estándar del porro ( riqueza y dosis en miligramos)2. Determinar la degradación durante el almacenamiento del cannabis y su resina, durante 3 y 4 años en condiciones ambientales y en frigorífico a 4ºC, así como, estimar determinar la influencia de los factores ambientales en la variación de la riqueza o porcentaje de concentración del THC, CBN y CBD.3. Describir los terpenos y otros cannabinoides presentes en las muestras de cannabis y su resina.4. Analizar el mercado de drogas ilícitas de forma global y el especifico de las incautaciones de productos con cannabis y su resina, determinar la concentración de los principales cannabinoides y definir los perfiles socio-demográficos del detenido por tráfico de drogas y del denunciado por consumo o tenencia en la provincia de Valladolid...
The main objective of this research was the determination of cannabinoids and terpenes in seized samples of cannabis and cannabis resin in Castilla y León with the following objectives:1. To analyse the concentration of delta 9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), cannabinol (CBN), cannabidiol (CBD) in whole joints, the most common route of cannabis consumption, in order to establish the standard unit of the joint (richness and dose in milligrams).2.To determine the degradation during the storage of cannabis and its resin, during 3 and 4 years in ambient conditions and in a refrigerator at 4ºC, as well as to estimate the influence of environmental factors in the variation of the richness or concentration percentage of THC, CBN and CBD.3.To describe the terpenes and other cannabinoids present in the cannabis samples and their resin.4.To analyse the global illicit drug market and the specific market of seizures of cannabis products and their resin, to determine the concentration of the main cannabinoids and to define the socio-demographic profiles of those arrested for drug trafficking and those reported for consumption or possession in the province of Valladolid...
