Abstract
El objetivo de este trabajo es mostrar la importancia de la educación y las consecuencias de la manipulación que el Estado, durante los primeros años del gobierno franquista, ejerció sobre la infancia, en un momento en el que los desastres de la Guerra Civil demandaban la reconstrucción del país. Es necesario tener en cuenta, la especial dedicación otorgada a la enseñanza de los primeros años escolares y la inculcación ideológica que los libros de lectura, mediante los textos e ilustraciones, ejercieron sobre la población infantil. El enfoque de este trabajo se realizará desde la perspectiva de género, incidiendo sobre la educación de las mujeres de la época, a través del análisis de los libros de lectura para niñas.
The objective of this work is to show the importance of education and the consequences of the manipulation that the State, during the first years of the Francoist government, exercised over childhood, at a time when the disasters of the Civil War demanded the reconstruction from the country. It is necessary to take into account the special dedication given to the teaching of the first school years and the ideological inculcation that the reading books, through the texts and illustrations, exerted on the child population. The focus of this work will be from a gender perspective, focusing on the education of women of the time, through the analysis of reading books for girls.
