La normatividad del derecho: un debate entre Voegelin y Kelsen

Abstract

This article addresses the normative dimension of the political order in the face of positivism. Based on notions present in the work of Eric Voegelin and Hans Kelsen, the purpose is to point out the criticism of Kelsen's legal theory and its consequences at the level of political praxis. To do this, the career and contributions of Eric Voegelin are reviewed and based on his experience proposal to point out the extent to which human beings can grasp the normative order.
