dc.description© 1976 Progress of Theoretical Physics. We are very much indebted to Professor M. Soler for many discussions and suggestions and to Professor B. Carreras for his kind interest and criticism.
The classical system of interacting Dirac and pseudoscalar fields is studied. It is found that the lowest energy kink describes with reasonable accuracy the main properties of the nucleons.
