Abstract
Los oficios tradicionales son, sin duda alguna, uno de los ámbitos más frágiles del Patrimonio Inmaterial. Su consideración en las últimas décadas está llevando consigo la patrimonialización de estos bienes para fomentar su salvaguarda a través de procesos que en muchas ocasiones culminan en declaraciones, pero que no siempre cumplen con las expectativas deseadas. El objetivo de este trabajo es reflexionar sobre estos procesos a partir de la idea del Ecosistema del Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial, articulado como una cadena trófica en la que un elemento se alimenta de otro directamente y se nutre para de esa forma alimentar al siguiente en el orden establecido. En este ecosistema, el Patrimonio Cultural se aglutina y se dispone como una potente y compleja red, relacionada directamente con la cadena trófica animal y vegetal. Se analizan aspectos legislativos, económicos y patrimoniales desde la diversidad de competencias, Administraciones y cuestiones teóricas relacionadas con el conocimiento de estos bienes. En tercer lugar se aplica dicha teoría al oficio de la tejeduría en el caso concreto de los telares tradicionales de la familia Rosa, para finalizar atendiendo de forma general a otros casos cuyas particularidades plantean la reflexión sobre los diferentes procesos de patrimonialización.
Traditional crafts are, without a doubt, one of the most fragile areas of Intangible Heritage. Their consideration in recent decades has led to the patrimonialization of these assets to promote their safeguarding through processes that often culminate in declarations, but that do not always meet the desired expectations. The objective of this work is to reflect on these processes based on the idea of the Intangible Cultural Heritage Ecosystem, articulated as a trophic chain in which one element feeds on another directly and is nourished in order to feed the next in order. settled down. In this ecosystem, the Cultural Heritage coalesces and is arranged as a powerful and complex network, directly related to the animal and plant trophic chain. Legislative, economic and patrimonial aspects are analyzed from the diversity of competences, Administrations and theoretical questions related to the knowledge of these assets. In the third place, this theory is applied to the craft of weaving in the specific case of the traditional looms of the Rosa family, to end by addressing in a general way other cases whose particularities raise the reflection on the different processes of patrimonialization.
