Wireless technology has become one of the most common functional tools used in everyday life, providing general mobility for a continuously “connected” lifestyle . Given both the wide-ranging use and popularity of mobile devices, and their rapid evolution and increasing use by people of all ages , it is worth asking how companies can take advantage of these trends and integrate them profitably into their business processes. In this regard, given the importance of having human capital constantly updated in skills and knowledge, one of the many important applications of portable devices is their use for learning. Through innovative technologies offered by recent handheld devices, a new learning model called either mobile learning (m-learning) or mobile training arises in the corporate environment (companies that use m-learning to train their workers). Thus, the term m-training is used in this study to describe corporate training conducted via m-learning. It involves a more specialised and advanced form of e-learning, where content is accessible through the use of mobile technology: smartphones, tablets, phablets or small laptops.
