Internacionalización académica y convergencia europea: la gestión de la calidad en titulaciones interuniversitarias

dc.description.abstractLa internacionalización de las titulaciones de la Universidad Complutense es una realidad materializada en cuatro títulos de Grado o Doble Grado, tres Programas Integrados de Grado y Máster y nueve Másteres conjuntos, varios de estos últimos gestionados bajo el paraguas de Erasmus Mundus. Estas titulaciones representan sin duda un enorme valor añadido para esta Universidad. La complejidad de la gestión de estas titulaciones supone un desafío que solo puede afrontarse eficazmente desde una perspectiva multifocal y un trabajo de equipo, integrado por personas con conocimiento directo tanto de la dimensión académica de estos estudios como de las dificultades de su implementación administrativa. Para este proyecto se tomará como referencia el Máster en Estudios Interculturales Europeos, título conjunto de 120 ECTS, con un diseño interdisciplinar y adscrito a la Facultad de Filología a través de su Departamento de Filología Alemana y Filología Eslava. Este título de posgrado puede cursarse en dos modalidades o itinerarios: binacional (UCM y U. Regensburg) y trinacional (UCM, U. Regensburg y U. Clermont-Auvergne). Este proyecto representa, además, una propuesta basada en la experiencia de cinco años de gestión de dicha titulación por parte de la solicitante. Por otro lado, consideramos que este proyecto INNOVA es susceptible de ser ampliado a otras titulaciones internacionales ofrecidas por la UCM. A la cabeza de todas ellas podría tal vez colocarse el Grado en Estudios Hispano-Alemanes, también auspiciado por el Departamento de Filología Alemana y Filología Eslava, como el Máster en Estudios Interculturales Europeos, con el que comparte su configuración binacional, su conexión con la U. Regensburg y, por último, su índole interdisciplinar. El hecho de que formen parte del equipo la coordinadora de dicho Grado y una profesora de ambas titulaciones refuerza los evidentes vínculos existentes entre ambos títulos.
dc.description.abstractThe internationalization of the degrees at the Complutense University is a reality materialized in four Bachelor's or Double Bachelor's degrees, three Integrated Bachelor's and Master's Programs and nine joint Master's degrees, several of the latter managed as Erasmus Mundus projects. These degrees undoubtedly represent an enormous added value for this University. The complexity of managing these degrees is a challenge that can only be effectively addressed from a multifocal perspective and teamwork, made up of specialists with direct knowledge of both the academic dimension of these studies and the difficulties of their administrative implementation. This project will take as a reference the Master in European Intercultural Studies, a joint title of 120 ECTS, with an interdisciplinary design and attached to the Faculty of Philology through its Department of German and Slavic Philology. This postgraduate degree can be studied in two modalities or itineraries: binational (UCM and U. Regensburg) and trinational (UCM, U. Regensburg and U. Clermont-Auvergne). Our application represents, moreover, a proposal based on the experience of five years of management of this Master’s degree by the applicant. On the other side, we consider that this INNOVA project might be extended to other international degrees offered by the UCM. At the head of all of them could perhaps be placed the Degree in German-Spanish Studies, also sponsored by the Department of German Philology and Slavic Philology, such as the Master in European Intercultural Studies, with which it shares its binational configuration, its connection with the U. Regensburg and, finally, its interdisciplinary nature. The fact that the coordinator of said Degree and a teacher of both degrees are part of the team reinforces the obvious links between both degrees.
dc.description.abstractDie Internationalisierung der Studiengänge an der Complutense Universität ist in vier Bachelor- bzw. Doppelbachelor-Studiengängen, drei integrierten Bachelor- und Masterstudiengängen sowie neun gemeinsamen Masterstudiengängen konkretisiert, von denen mehrere als Erasmus-Mundus-Projekte geführt werden. Zweifellos stellen diese Abschlüsse einen enormen Mehrwert für diese Hochschule dar. Die Komplexität des Managements dieser Abschlüsse ist eine Herausforderung, die nur aus einer multifokalen Perspektive und Teamarbeit effektiv bewältigt werden kann, mit Fachleuten, die sowohl die akademische Dimension dieser Studien als auch die Schwierigkeiten ihrer administrativen Umsetzung direkt kennen. Dieses Projekt wird den Master in Interkulturellen Europastudien (IKE), einen interdisziplinär angelegten gemeinsamen Titel im Umfang von 120 ECTS, der vom Fachbereich Deutsche und Slawische Philologie der Philologischen Fakultät abhängig ist, als Anwendungsbereich haben. Dieser Postgraduiertenabschluss kann in zwei Modalitäten oder Optionen studiert werden: binational (UCM und U. Regensburg) und trinational (UCM, U. Regensburg und U. Clermont-Auvergne). Die vorliegende Bewerbung stellt außerden einen Vorschlag dar, der auf der Erfahrung der fünfjährigen Leitung des genannten Studiengangs durch die Bewerberin basiert. Wir sind andererseits der Meinung, dass dieses INNOVA-Projekt auf andere internationale Abschlüsse der UCM ausgeweitet werden kann. An die Spitze von allen könnte vielleicht der ebenfalls vom Fachbereich Deutsche Philologie und Slawische Philologie geförderte Deutsch-Spanische Studien wie der Master in Interkulturellen Europastudien gestellt werden, mit dem er seine binationale Ausrichtung, seine Verbundenheit teilt mit der U. Regensburg und schließlich deren Interdisziplinarität. Die Tatsache, dass die Koordinatorin des genannten Studiengangs und eine Dozentin beider Studiengänge am Team beteiligt sind, verstärkt die offensichtlichen Verbindungen zwischen beiden Studiengängen.
